Costume sizes don't always match clothing sizes, so the best way to find your fit is to measure your natural waist and compare it to our chart. The elastic waistband gives each size a good range: Small fits a 24 to 30 inch waist, Medium fits 26 to 32, Large fits 29 to 38, and X-Large fits 32 to 40. As for where it's made, we don't have that detail, though it is one of our own exclusive designs.
