A US 7.5 falls between our Size 7 (8 3/4" footbed) and Size 8 (9" footbed), so sizing up to the 8 could be a comfortable choice. As for width, we don't have width specifications for these boots, but the zipper along the side of each boot does give you a little flexibility when putting them on and taking them off.
