Q: Is there any way to get an upper bicep measurement on the 2X and 3x sizes of this costume? I find that's where I always have the most trouble buying clothing online. Even a flat measurement would be fine.

We don't have an upper bicep measurement for this jacket. The sleeve dimensions we have for the 2X and 3X are length only: 23 1/2" and 23 3/4" respectively. The jacket is 97% polyester and 3% spandex, so there is some stretch to the sleeve, which may give you a little more room than a woven fabric would.
