The wings stay on with elastic shoulder straps that slip over your shoulders and hold them in place on your back. We don't have additional photos beyond what's shown on the page, so we can't give you a front-on view while worn. What we can tell you is that the wings span about 42 inches wide and stand 32 inches tall, and they're molded foam rubber, so they hold their shape well.
