The 2X size chart doesn't include a waist measurement, but the jumpsuit does have an elastic back waistband, which gives it some flexibility in fit. For the closest comparison, the 3X lists a waist range of 58 to 66 inches, so checking your own waist measurement against our size chart is the surest way to decide between the two sizes.
