Fancydress.com is online only and doesn't have any stores. However, our sister company Angels Fancy Dress have two stores in central and North London. Check out the stores page here for more information.

Fancydress.com accepts the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo and American Express. We no longer accept payment by cheques.
We only ever stock CE tested children's costumes and conform to the most rigorous flammability requirements of European Standard EN71-2. All of our fancy dress for children complies with the European health, safety and environmental protection legislation. Fancydress.com fully supports all Government safety guidelines and initiatives for costume and clothing.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order before it has been shipped then please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)20 8732 8854 as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it. You will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then follow our Returns Policy for a refund. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.
