Ash Cloud Disruption

Whilst our thoughts are with the folks stranded by the current air crisis we wanted to keep you updated with the effects that the volcano Eyjafjallajökullis and its ash are having on our shipping.  

Edinburgh, Glasgow, Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland.   
Whilst we are picking and packing all next day delivery orders with our usual speed the postal service will be subject to disruption as some packages are shipped partially via air.  The Royal Mail and our other carriers are working hard to prevent a backlog and will be shipping more items by road.  If your order is urgent and you think that the air crisis may affect you please do our customer service team on 0845 054 8854
