Ladies Day is on the way, fancy a bet?

The social event of the year is almost upon us! Ladies Day at Royal Ascot has for many years been the middle day of the 5 day showcase event, making 16 June 2011 the ultimate dressing up day.

Take our suggestion then you could win back the price of your costume, a great discount for your next purchase and even a case of Champers!

Take a look at our lovely costumes ideal for Ladies Day, from left to right we have Lady Penelope of Thunderbirds fame, Lady Luck – you’ll need her with you if you are making a big bet, My Fair Lady and finally we have Emily and Florence from Little Britain.

We know the ladies will look glorious on this special day, but Gents if you fancy a bit of a giggle then choose either Emily or Florence. The first person to send us a photograph of themselves wearing either an Emily or a Florence costume, fully made up, will win back the price of their costume (inc p&p) and a 20% discount off your next order (you will need to send in your order number with your photo to qualify for the discount). If two of you decide to drag up for the event and send a photo of both of you together then we will apply the refund to the pair of you!

This is where you could win more… simply get your costume photo into a National Newspaper and you will win a case of 6 bottles of Champagne. If more than one person appears in a national newspaper wearing either of these costumes then the first person to notify us will be the winner. If the Newspaper mentions fancydress.com you will win a dozen bottles of Champagne.

To qualify for the first prize of costume refund you must have your photograph(s) taken inside the race meeting on Ladies Day - we must be able to see that you are at Royal Ascot on Ladies Day.

You must be wearing the costume properly and you need to be made up like a Lady. Photographs of you wearing the costume over your clothing will not qualify.

Your order number must be quoted when sending in your image so that we can issue the refund, the costume must have been purchased from fancydress.com and if we cannot trace the order then no refund will be issued.

If you send in an Emily and Florence image then the refund and discount will be applied to both people (subject to both order numbers being supplied). However, if your image appears in a national newspaper then only 1 top prize will be issued, it will be sent to the person that sends in the Newspaper clipping. If you appear in a national Newspaper you need to send in a copy of the paper within 30 days of Ladies Day 2011 to qualify.

Your photograph(s) must be of good enough quality to use on our site and in any publications that wish to use it.

By sending your image(s) into our competition you give us rights to use the image(s).

The winning image will be the first photograph to arrive that meets all of the above t's & c's.
