This costume says on the pack that it is a strapless dress with a flirty mini skirt - they aint kidding this is seriously short, never the less it is a great little costume. FLIRT ALERT this is a revealing garment, we have customers that added a longer petticoat showing below the hem to add a little more cover (petticoat available separately). The stockings and the Alice band have a sewn on skull patch, this is also used at the back of the fabric wings, the wings attach with elastic cords. Fabric contents are as follows:- dress 70% knit spandex and 30% tulle, wings 90% nylon tulle and stockings 100% nylon, all exclusive of trim and decoration.
