This uniform pack contains a double layer mini dress, a removable collar and a hat. The dress is made of deep blue material with a great cotton-like feel; the white underskirt is tacked in position, but could be removed so that you can adjust the height of the hem. We have chosen to add a petticoat (available separately) for extra va-va-voom and volume. FLIRT ALERT This is a revealing garment. Fabric content is 85% nylon and 15% spandex. This costume is from a fresh collection, new to the UK.
